Flights
Flights launch daily at sunrise all year around and in the late afternoon - November through February, weather permitting. Our balloons carry 4 to 12 passengers each. Groups require advance arrangements.
Location
Clients are either picked up at hotels or met at Cave Creek Road and Jomax Road on the NW corner of 26600 North Cave Creek Road, and Deer Valley Airport, 700 West Deer Valley Road. See Geomaps for directions. This is State Trust Land that we have permits to operate on. With over 200 square miles of open Sonoran desert, our pilots fly at altitudes just over the tree tops to a thousand feet or more, providing the most scenic and safest flights possible.
Launch
Balloon flights lift off as close to sunrise as possible.
Times
Resort pickups are scheduled 30 to 60 minutes prior to sunrise. The entire tour takes 3 to 4 hours. The actual flight time is 45 to 90 minutes and is set by the pilot.
Reservations
Reservations should be made 1 to 3 weeks before flights. We recommend 4 weeks in advance for a weekend or holiday. Space is available daily for a limited number of passengers. Call early.
Amenities
A post flight ceremony, complete with a traditional toast, completes the flight. Bon Appétit magazine rated us as one of the ten best balloons companies in the United States. A continental breakfast of muffins, fresh fruit, and appropriate beverages tops off the morning. Bon Appétit!
Insurance
Insurance policies for vehicles (insured for business) and aircraft are provided upon request. Please ask about our enviable safety record and pilot experience levels. We’ve been flying safely for years.
Flight Rates
Standard refundable*
flight rates are $175.00 per person for non exclusive flights booked
via telephone or US Postal mail.
Standard refundable* flight rates booked via the (Internet ONLY) are $145.00 per person for non exclusive flights.
Non Refundable* flight rates booked via the (Internet ONLY) are 125.00 per person for non exclusive flights.
Exclusive* flight rates (Internet Only) are $600.00 for two persons, additional persons + $200.00 per person.
