"Acknowledgement"

By placing our order I/we hereby acknowledge & accept the following terms & conditions. We have read & accept the refund/cancellation* policies as well as the hazardous activities disclaimer** & that placement of this order shall be construed as an electronic signature as acceptance.

1. Only those passengers which are listed on the “Original” e-ticket/boarding pass will be permitted to board the balloon.
2. As a matter of passenger comfort & safety, passenger weights need to be as accurate!
3. Passenger substitutes may be submitted to AZ Balloon at info@azballoon.com and approved at least "48 Hours" prior to flight time. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)

*Refund Policies Defined


• Standard refundable e-tickets are non-cancelable by the passenger & are ONLY refundable if the flight was cancelled due to weather conditions or other safety factors. Passengers have the option to rebook their flight at a later date. For flights canceled due to weather or other safety concerns, refund request's must  be made in writing to info@azballoon.com

• Non-Refundable e-tickets are NOT refundable by passenger request or due to weather conditions. Passenger has 6 months from the date of purchase to reschedule flights canceled due to weather conditions or other safety factors.

• Exclusive flights are NOT cancelable by the passenger & are ONLY refundable if the flight was cancelled due to weather conditions or other safety factors. Passengers have the option to rebook at a later date or by requesting a refund in writing to info@azballoon.com

• Refunds for e-tickets are subject to the final approval of the management of AZ Balloon. If the flight is cancelled, passengers with e-tickets must request rescheduling in writing to info@azballoon.com Refund request’s will normally be processed by our office within ten business days of written request.

CANCELLATIONS:

After a reservation has been confirmed there are no cancellations allowed by passengers without written permission from AZ Balloons. A minimum of ten days advance notice prior to flight date is REQUIRED to allow us to rebook and fill flights. Lack of sufficient notice and permission on cancellations will invalidate your e-ticket.
A no-show at the launch site will invalidate an e-ticket with NO refund.
Late arrivals at launch site will invalidate your e-ticket with NO refund.

NONREFUNDABLE E-tickets ARE VALID FOR SIX MONTHS FROM PURCHASE DATE.
E-ticket's are non-refundable & are non-transferable. No extensions are allowed for non-refundable E-tickets, but standby E-tickets are often granted..

Please note: Flights may be cancelled for flights of less than six passengers.
(Except for Exclusive Flights).

Hazardous Activities Disclaimer

1. I am aware that hot air ballooning is a hazardous activity. Rough landings are not uncommon.
2. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved, and I/we hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury, including death and or property damage.
3. I am physically healthy (i.e. you could jump off a kitchen chair, if you wanted to.) I have no physical condition that would endanger myself, or others
(i.e. I am not Pregnant).
4. I will follow all instructions given by the pilot.
5.I understand that the altitude and duration of the flight will be determined by the pilot during the flight.

On Landing Approach:

1. I will hang on tightly.
2. Have my knees bent and my feet flat on the floor before, at and during the touchdown.
3. I will not depart the basket until advised by the pilot.
